DEPOSIT/ CANCELLATIONS/ NO-SHOW POLICY

Property Direct Reservations

A $100 non-refundable deposit will be charged at the time the booking is made. Amendments or cancellation can only be made 30 days prior to the date of arrival. If cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date, the total price of the reservation will be charged as a cancellation fee. Payments made by Mastercard and Visa will incur a 2% surcharge upon final payment at the hotel.

No-Show Policy

In case you are fail to arrive for your reservation, the full price of the reservation will be charged as a cancelaltion/no-show fee.

**Group Bookings

Group bookings can be made by contacting the hotel directly via e-mail(reservations@theportage.co.nz), and you will receive a quote along with the terms and conditions.

Children's policies

• There are no accommodation discounts for children, but children under 5 using existing bedding incur no additional charge. Cots are $15 per night to hire.

• Children less than 5 years of age – complimentary breakfast

• Children ages 5, but less than 13 – breakfast at 50% discount of adult meal Contract Rate

• No other meal discounts for children
