The retreat programme has been uniquely designed to help the
contemporary woman rebalance their hormonal system.
Together we will explore the feminine phases of our cyclical nature and
discover how to harmonise and keep the female hormones happy
through a mixture of yoga, mindfulness, meditation practices &

Nicola will guide you through your yoga practices which will be aligned
to helping alleviate symptoms of PMS through to menopause & beyond.
Louise will facilitate workshops looking at positive lifestyle choices as
well as dealing with hormonal mood changes. Everything shared is
about helping you create new lifelong habits that you can easily integrate
into your busy lives.
